LEASING FEE
Charged the first month the property is occupied. The fee is $950.00, and Leasing Services include Web Site Advertising, Showing of properties by Licensed Real Estate Agents, Print Ad's, Sign Postings, Flyer's, Listing With Military Housing Offices, Applicant Screening, Lease Negotiation & Signing, and Property Condition Report.  

MONTHLY CHARGE
MONTHLY CHARGE.....8% of gross income coming into the property.
Variable Fees will be charged for a Multi-Unit Property. Please call
for a price quote.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
Renewals of leases, overseeing repairs or construction work done by maintenance or construction companies. - NO CHARGE !

PAYMENT OF MORTGAGE, TAXES, INSURANCE, ETC....NO CHARGE
